II'm a J2EE Software Engineer based in Melbourne, Australia. J2EE is my job, but I also program for fun, read relentlessly, and often rush home to try something new on my computer.

But I don't spend all my time at the computer. For the past 13 years I've been training, and am now teaching at Grand Master Kimm's Australian Hapkido Academy. It's fun, challenging, and safe — I highly recommend it. See the link for more info.

I cycle everywhere I can and — typically for a cyclist — I think you should too. Try riding to work, touring, or even racing. Try bike polo.
